Massive Buck during 2nd Gun hunting season

Kevin Gibson took this massive Boone and Crockett buck this fall during our 2nd gun season. This brute had 8 1/2 inch bases and 16 points scoring a awesome 183 4/8. It was coming into one of our clover and winter mix food plots when it was shot. Kevin has had great luck with us taking a great double drop tine a few years back as well.

Exceptional typical Boone and Crockett Buck

John Flickenger took this exceptional typical Boone and Crockett buck with us the first gun season of 2013. It scored a impressive 178 4/8 despite having two broken tines. It was killed on one of winter food plots in a field of prairie grass chasing a hot doe. It was Johns second nice shooter out of the same shooting house.

Large Whitetail Deer Hunts in Pope County, Illinois
